| 目的 在我国互联网高速发展和国家对商业保险公司推出中医药特色健康保险产品政策支持的背景下，探讨互联网的发展水平对我国商业健康保险发展和潜在中医药服务利用的影响。方法 以主成分分析法构建的互联网发展水平为核心自变量，以商业健康险保费收入为因变量，同时选取地区生产总值等作为控制变量。通过运用2011年至2020年我国31个省、区、直辖市的数据，构建面板数据模型，实证分析互联网发展水平与商业健康险保费收入和潜在中医药服务利用的数量关系。结果 互联网发展水平促进了我国商业健康险保费收入的增长、潜在中医药服务利用的增加和保险密度的提升。同时，研究结果还表明该影响存在一定的区域异质性，即中部地区受互联网发展水平的影响程度高于西部地区。结论 应进一步提高互联网发展水平，加强西部地区的互联网建设并推动商业健康保险和潜在中医药服务利用的数字化转型。 |

| Impact of internet development on commercial health insurance and TCM service utilization |

| Objective To discuss the impact of internet development on the potential TCM service utilization the development of the commercial health and insurance, under the rapid development of China's internet industry and the national policy support for commercial insurance companies to launch TCM characteristic health insurance products. Methods The internet development level constructed by principal component analysis was taken as the core independent variable, while commercial health insurance premium income served as the dependent variable, meanwhile, the regional GDP was selected as the control variable. By using the data of 31 provinces and municipalities in China from 2011 to 2020, the panel data model was constructed to empirically investigate the quantitative relationship between internet development and commercial health insurance premium income and the potential TCM service utilization. Results The internet development level promoted China's commercial health insurance premium income, potential TCM service utilization, and insurance density. At the same time, the results also indicated a certain regional heterogeneity in this impact, with the central region being more affected by the internet development level compared with the western region. Conclusion It is recommended to further improve the internet development level and strengthen the internet construction in the western region so as to promote the digital transformation of commercial health insurance and potential TCM service utilization. |
