| 摘要: |
| 特应性皮炎是临床常见皮肤病，以皮肤干燥、湿疹样改变和剧烈瘙痒为主要特征，难以治愈、反复发作是其临床治疗的难点所在。大部分患者常同时伴随情志失调、失眠焦虑等症状，中医理论认为“诸痛痒疮，皆属于心”，失眠焦虑等致使心神失守，继而心之血脉运行受阻亦或血脉不充，最终导致皮肤干燥、剧烈瘙痒等皮肤之形变。故临床治疗以清心泻火、养心安神为首要，同时调理脾胃，兼以清热祛湿、养血润燥，疗效显著。本文基于“形神一体”之整体观，探析从“心脾同治”针刺特应性皮炎的理论基础，进一步阐述针刺治疗特应性皮炎之取穴思路，以期为该病临床诊治提供理论依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common skin disease in clinic characterized by dry skin, eczema-like changes and severe itching. The difficulty of its clinical treatment lies in being hard to cure and attacking repeatedly. Most patients are often accompanied by emotional disorder, insomnia, anxiety, and the other symptoms. TCM holds that "all painful and itching sores are ascribed to the heart", in addition, insomnia and anxiety lead to the dysfunction of the heart-spirit, and then the heart vessels are blocked or not filled, which eventually leads to skin changes such as dry skin and severe itching. Therefore, in the treatment with remarkable curative effect, clearing and reducing heart fire as well as nourishing heart and calming the mind are taken as the first priority, and equal attention is paid to regulating and harmonizing the spleen and stomach at the same time. Methods of clearing heat and eliminating dampness, and nourishing blood and moistening dryness are applied additionally. Based on "the holism of the body and spirit", this paper explores the theoretical basis of acupuncture treating atopic dermatitis with the principle of "treating the heart and spleen simultaneously", and further expounds the idea of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment of atopic dermatitis, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease. |
