| 摘要: |
| 本文总结汤伟教授小儿推拿为主联合中药治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床经验。汤教授认为外邪内袭、肺胃蕴热是该病的主要病因，临床推拿治疗应立足于“小儿五脏观”的整体思想，以“推五经”调节脏腑功能平衡为要点，确立整体调脏与咽喉局部推拿相结合的治疗原则。初期（风热犯卫）以疏表祛邪、利咽透疹为法，推拿以“通”为主；极期（炽热内盛）以清热解毒为法，推拿以“清”和“散”为主；末期（余热未清）以清热生津为法，推拿以“和”为主；视病情情况联合中药银翘散加减和少商点刺放血。其“分期论治，辨证施推”和“推药结合，杂合以治”的临证思想，为治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎提供了新思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| This article summarizes Professor TANG Wei's clinical experience in treating herpangina in children by pediatric tuina combined with Chinese medicines. Professor TANG believes that the main cause of this disease is the invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors leading to heat accumulation in the lungs and stomach. In clinic, the tuina therapy should be based on "the holistic view of the children's five zang organs", and focus on regulating and balancing the functions of the zang-fu organs by "pushing the five meridians" to establish the treatment principle of combining the holistic regulation of the zang-fu organs and local tuina therapy of the throat. In the early stage (wind-heat attacking the Wei-defence phase), the treatment method is removing pathogenic factors in the exterior, clearing the throat, and promoting the eruption of herpes, and the tuina therapy mainly aims to "dredge"; in the extreme stage (internal exuberant heat), the treatment method is clearing heat and removing toxins, and the tuina therapy mainly aims to "clear" and "disperse"; in the final stage (residual heat lingering), the treatment method is clearing heat and generating fluids, and the tuina therapy mainly aims to "harmonize"; additionally, modified Yinqiao Powder and blood-letting by pricking Shaoshang (LU11) are applied according to the specific condition. The clinical thoughts of "determining treatment according to different stages and performing tuina based on pattern differentiation" and "combined treatment of tuina with Chinese medicines" provide new ideas for the treatment of herpangina in children. |
