| 摘要: |
| 神志病是以神志异常或神志功能活动障碍为主要临床表现的一类疾病，其发病率高，病情多缠绵反复，影响患者正常生活，进而引发社会性负担，其发病机制尚未完全明确。玄府理论源自金元四大家之首刘河间，主张“玄府闭塞”乃百病之根。王永炎院士提出脑内玄府丰富，血气渗灌最多，玄府闭塞，易引起神机运转失常，故神志病治疗当开通玄府。升降散配伍精当，升降相因，常用于神志病等内伤杂病的治疗。在传承王永炎院士学术思想基础上，从玄府理论探讨升降散论治神志病，并列举验案一则加以佐证，以期为中医神志病的病机研究及临床诊疗提供新思路、新方法。 |

| Treating mental illness by Shengjiang Powder based on Xuanfu Theory |

| Abstract: |
| Mental illness is the kind of disease manifested by abnormal mental state or mental functional activity disorder. It has high incidence and is lingering and repeated, which affects the life quality of patients and increases social burden. Its pathogenesis has not yet been fully understood. Xuanfu Theory, originated from LIU Hejian, the head of the four great masters of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, advocated that "the closure of Xuanfu" was the root of all diseases. Now, Academician WANG Yongyan proposes that the Xuanfu in the brain is rich, with the most blood and qi infiltration, and the blocked Xuanfu is easy to cause mental illness, so the Xuanfu should be unblocked to treat mental illness. Shengjiang Powder, well-matched in compatibility by ascending and descending properly, is often used to treat internal and miscellaneous diseases including mental illness. Based on Academician WANG Yongyan's academic thoughts, this paper discusses the treatment of mental illness with Shengjiang Powder from the perspective of Xuanfu Theory, and lists one medical record to prove it, aiming to provide new ideas and methods for etiology and pathogenesis research of TCM mental illness and its diagnosis and clinical treatment. |
