| 摘要: |
| 斑秃以头发突然出现斑片状局限性脱落为特征，严重影响患者心理健康和生活质量。心主神明，情志失调首责于心，而发属心，禀心而生长，斑秃脱发与情志失调密切相关。庄国康教授基于“心主神明”中医理论，认为心神、心血、心火与头发生长息息相关，临证常从心论治斑秃，以调心安神、补心活血以及清心降火诸法施治，并注重疏导患者心理，临床疗效佳。 |

| Alopecia areata is characterized by the sudden appearance of patches with limited hair loss. It is difficult to treat but affects patients' mental health and quality of life. Heart dominates the mind. The heart is responsible for the mental disorders. In Chinese medicine, hair growth is closely related to the heart. So alopecia areata is closely related to emotional disorders. Based on the theory of "the heart dominates the mind", Professor ZHUANG Guokang believes that the mental activity, heart blood, heart fire, and hair growth are closely related and he usually treats alopecia areata from the heart with good efficacy. He regulates the heart and calms the mind, nourishes the heart and activates blood, clears the heart and removes fire. In addition, he highlights soothing patients' mood. To sum up, he has achieved good effects |
