| 摘要: |
| 卵巢为实性器官，形态具备“脏”的特性。其形质功能周期性变化，兼具“藏泄”，且“娇小”柔软而敏感易损。临证应依据不同年龄的生理病理特点分阶段论治；顺应藏泄规律遣方选药；忌峻补强攻。在养护方面，需避免医源性损伤卵巢组织；保持健康生活方式；卵巢功能不良宜早诊断早治疗。 |

| Abstract: |
| The ovary is the parenchymatous organ with the morphological features of "zang". Its morphology and function changes periodically, both characterized by "storing and eliminating". In particular, the ovary is "delicate", being soft, sensitive and fragile. In clinical practice, the treatment should be divided into stages according to the physiological and pathological characteristics for different ages; prescriptions and drugs should be selected by the law of "storing and eliminating"; fierce tonifying or purging should be avoided. In maintenance, it is necessary to avoid iatrogenic injuries and maintain a healthy lifestyle. In addition, early diagnosis and treatment is essential. |
