| 张淑芬认为多次体外受精-胚胎移植术失败患者多虚、多瘀、多郁，病因病机复杂，遵循“杂合以治”理论，在辨证论治基础上，按照体外受精-胚胎移植术的不同阶段，适时、合理、有效地将汤药方剂、针刺、耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷等中医传统治疗方法应用到体外受精-胚胎移植术中。降调期予以方药逍遥散加减合耳穴压豆以安巢，促排期予以养泡助膜方加减合针刺以助膜充盛，妊娠期予以泰山磐石散加减合穴位贴敷以纳胎，循序渐进，一方多法，内外结合，医患结合，提高了体外受精-胚胎移植术的成功率，临床疗效显著，为中医药辅助体外受精-胚胎移植术提供了切入点。 |

| Abstract: |
| ZHANG Shufen believes that the patients with multiple failures of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer are suffering from deficiency, blood stasis, and depression. Due to the complicated causes and mechanisms, she proposes to follow the theory of "various methods by stages". Guided by treatment based on pattern differentiation, Chinese medicine treatments such as decoction, formula, acupuncture, ear point pressing beans and acupoint application are applied timely, properly and effectively for different stages of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer. In the down-regulation period, modified Xiaoyao Powder and ear point pressing beans were administered to settle the uterus; in the ovulation period, modified Foam-nourishing Membrane Formula and acupuncture helps the membrane filling; during pregnancy, modified Taishan Panshi Powder and acupoint application are utilized for imbedding. The above measures are taken step by step, featured by various methods for one formula, internal-external combination, and doctor-patient combination. These have increased the success rate of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer, and have demonstrated clinical efficacy. It provides a starting point for the adjuvant treatment of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer with Chinese medicine. |
