| 摘要: |
| 总结严洁教授运用针灸治疗青少年焦虑障碍的临床经验。严教授认为该病以脾肾不足为本、心肝不和为标，痰与热贯穿始终。针灸治疗思路当补益脾肾以治本，调和心肝以治标；选穴原则以辨证选穴为主，根据“三才理论”思想，自立“三段取穴法”，于人体上部、中部、下部分别取主穴，结合病机随证化裁；针法讲究管针进针，飞针速刺；巧用梅花针叩刺背俞穴，并辅以耳穴压豆疗法，以协同增效。此外，强调对患者及患者家属心理疏导的重要性。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor YAN Jie's clinical experience in treating adolescent anxiety disorder with acupuncture has been summarized. Professor YAN believes that adolescent anxiety disorder is caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney in root, and manifested by disharmony between heart and liver, with phlegm and heat existing throughout. In accordance, the spleen and kidney are tonified to treat the root and the heart and liver are harmonized to relieve the symptoms. Points are selected mainly based on pattern differentiation. Following "Sancai theory (about the heaven, earth and human)", Professor YAN Jie has established the "three-stage point selection method" that is selecting the main points from the upper, middle and lower parts of the human body, and making modifications based on patterns and pathogenesis; she applies guide tube-needle insertion and fast stabbing with flying needles; plum-blossom needles are skillfully used to knock and stab back-shu points, and ear point pressing bean therapy is supplemented to achieve synergistic effects. Moreover, psychological counseling for patients and their family members is emphasized. |
