摘要: |
器官纤维化是机体在多种刺激因子作用下,成纤维细胞增殖或表型转化,胶原蛋白表达增强,继而引起细胞外基质过度沉积,最终可导致器官衰竭。目前,尚无抗纤维化特异性治疗方法,寻找一种高效低毒抗纤维化药物一直是临床迫切需求。研究发现,葛根素有抗心脏、肝、肺、肾、子宫等器官纤维化作用,其作用机制与抗炎、调节氧化应激及阻断胶原纤维异常沉积等有关。对葛根素抗器官纤维化的分子机制研究进展进行阐述,为进一步明确葛根素抗纤维化作用机制及临床应用提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
Organ fibrosis is the proliferation or phenotypic transformation of fibroblasts in the body induced by various stimulating factors, and the enhancement of collagen expression, which leads to excessive deposition of extracellular matrix and ultimately leads to organ failure. Since there is currently no specific therapeutic method of anti-fibrosis, looking for a high-efficiency, low-toxicity and anti-fibrosis drug has been the urgent clinical needs. Studies have found that puerarin has an antifibrosis effect on the heart, liver, lung, kidney, uterus and other organs, and its mechanism is related to anti-inflammation,regulating oxidative stress and blocking abnormal deposition of collagen fibers. This review mainly expounds the research progress of the molecular mechanism of puerarin against organ fibrosis, and provides reference for further clarifying the mechanism of puerarin against fibrosis and its clinical application. |
