| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨铜砭刮痧治疗风寒痹阻型神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年7月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的风寒湿阻型神经根型颈椎病患者共64例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采取常规治疗及护理;观察组在对照组的基础上,加用铜砭刮痧治疗,1周1次,疗程4周。比较两组的中医症候总积分、Northwick Park颈痛量表评分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale, VAS)、田中靖久颈椎病症状量表20分法评分及复发率。结果 治疗后,两组患者中医症候总积分、Northwick Park颈痛量表评分、疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,田中靖久颈椎病症状量表20分法评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 铜砭刮痧联合西医治疗风寒痹阻型神经根型颈椎病有较好疗效,且效果优于单用西医治疗。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of copper-bian guasha therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind-cold impediment type.Methods From January 2020 to July 2021, a total of 64 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind cold dampness type admitted to The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment and nursing; on the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with copper-bian guasha therapy once a week for 4 weeks. The total score of TCM symptoms, Northwick Park Neck Pain Scale score, the visual analogue scale(VAS) score of pain, Tianzhong Jingjiu Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale 20 score and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms, Northwick Park Neck Pain Scale score and VAS score of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05); after treatment, the score of Tanaka Jingjiu Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale 20 was higher than that before treatment(P <0.05), and the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Copper-bian guasha therapy combined with western medicine has a better effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of wind-cold impediment type, and it is better than that of western medicine alone. |
