| 摘要: |
| 肺癌骨转移发病率高，严重影响晚期肺癌患者的生活质量及生存期，中医药防治肺癌骨转移具有一定疗效。肺癌在全身属虚，在局部属实，肺癌骨转移属疾病晚期，久病及肾或母病及子致肾气亏耗，骨失所养，癌毒趁虚入侵滞留，肾虚精亏为肺癌骨转移的主要病机之一，以肾为枢的肺-肾-骨轴提示，肾与肺癌骨转移的发生发展关系密切。初步从补肾法在晚期肺癌不同阶段的应用，论述补肾法在防治肺癌骨转移中的作用：骨转移未成，补肾固本预防肺癌骨转移；骨转移已成，补肾壮骨减少病理性骨折；骨转移疼痛，补肾荣骨缓解疼痛、提高生活质量。以期为开展中医药防治肺癌骨转移研究提供新的思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the high incidence of bone metastasis due to lung cancer, the life quality and survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer has been seriously affected. Chinese medicine has shown certain effects in preventing and treating bone metastasis of lung cancer. Lung cancer is a disease featured by deficiency in whole body and excess in partial region. Bone metastasis of lung cancer belongs to the advanced stage. The long-term illness affects kidney or mother passes illness to child, leading to kidney qi depletion, deprived nourishment of bone, and cancer toxin thus takes advantage of the deficiency to invade and stay in the bone. Kidney deficiency and essence depletion is one of the main pathogenesis. The lung-kidney-bone pivot with the kidney as the hub suggests that the kidney is closely related to the occurrence and development of bone metastasis of lung cancer. Based on the application of tonifying the kidney in different stages of advanced lung cancer, we preliminarily discussed the role of the method of tonifying the kidney in preventing and treating bone metastasis of lung cancer: without bone metastasis, tonifying kidney and strengthening the body can prevent bone metastasis of lung cancer; with bone metastasis, tonifying kidney and strengthening bone can reduce pathological bone fracture; with bone metastasis pains, tonifying kidney and nourishing the bone can relieve pain and improve the quality of life. We aimed to provide a new idea for preventing and treating bone metastasis of lung cancer with Chinese medicine. |
