| 摘要: |
| 中医药英文科技期刊是我国传统医学现代化学术成果国际化的重要载体和传播手段，期刊英文编辑的职业素养不仅关系到科技期刊的质量及其在国际学术领域中的影响，还关系到中医药学术理论及科研成果的传播和交流。提升中医药英文编辑职业素养是培养世界一流科技期刊的需要，也是提高中医药国际影响力的需求。但目前中医药英文编辑的职业认可度不高，医学专业知识、英文素养及编辑能力等基本知识结构不够完善，新媒体应用能力不足。英文编辑可通过提升职业道德及心理素质、阅读权威杂志及文献资料、加强沟通交流能力、建立中医药特色的编辑业务档案、重视编辑出版科研能力培养、积极参加继续教育及提高新媒体应用能力等策略提升职业素养，以期更好地为中医药英文科技期刊国际化发展服务。 |

| Abstract: |
| Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) English Sci-tech journals are important carriers and communication means for the internationalization of modern academic achievements of TCM. The professional quality of English journal editors is not only related to the quality and the international academic influence of Sci-tech journals, but also determines the dissemination and exchange effect of academic theories and scientific achievements of TCM. Improving the professional quality of TCM English editors is necessary to build the world-class Sci-tech journals and increase the international influence of TCM. However, the present professional recognition of TCM English editors is not high. Their knowledge structure, such as medical professional knowledge, English proficiency, and editing ability, is not satisfactory. Their ability to apply the new media is insufficient. It is proposed to improve the professional quality of English editors by enhancing the professional ethics and psychological quality, reading authoritative journals and literature, strengthening communication ability, establishing editing business archives with TCM characteristics, attaching importance to the cultivation of scientific research ability in editing and publishing, actively participating in continuing education, and improving the application ability of new media, in order to better serve the international development of TCM English Sci-tech journals. |
