| 摘要: |
| 阳虚证是中医临床中常见的证候，阳气虚衰会引起很多临床疾病，因此，建立系统的阳虚证大鼠模型造模方法对临床疾病的研究具有重要的意义。按照中医脏腑辨证，将阳虚证分为心阳虚、脾阳虚、肾阳虚、肺阳虚、脾肾阳虚、心肾阳虚，对其造模方法进行论述，为中医临床相关疾病的实验研究提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Yang deficiency syndrome is common in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinic. Deficiency of Yang Qi causes many clinical diseases. Therefore, a systematicmodeling method of rat model with Yang deficiency is significant. According to the syndrome differentiation of Zang and Fu organs, the Yang deficiency syndrome is divided into heart Yang deficiency, spleen Yang deficiency, kidney Yang deficiency, lung Yang deficiency, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, heart and kidney Yang deficiency. The modeling methods are discussed, which can provide reference for the experimental research of clinical related diseases in TCM. |
