| 摘要: |
| 分析《江林医案精华》中蕴涵的全国卫生系统道德模范、中医骨科名医江林的医德特质。对《江林医案精华》收录的180则代表性医案，采用领域分析法，依据伦理关系中的主、客体定位进行医学伦理学视野下的领域分类，并提炼分析江林作为学术领域中的世家传人、临床领域中的医务工作者、管理领域中的团队核心这三重主体身份，对于如何处理传承与创新、医者与患者、核心与团队之间伦理关系的实践与智慧。探析《江林医案精华》之医德特质有三重意蕴：一是守正创新，二是真诚利他，三是绝学共享。 |

| Abstract: |
| To analyze the medical ethics characteristics of JIANG Lin, a national health system moral model and a famous orthopedic doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, contained in Jiang Lin Medical Case Essence. The 180 representative medical cases included in the Jiang Lin Medical Case Essence were classified in the field of medical ethics by using the field analysis method according to the subject and object positioning in the ethical relationship, and JIANG Lin's three main identities as a family heiress in the academic field, a medical worker in the clinical field, and a team core in the management field were refined and analyzed. It also refines and analyzes JIANG Lin's practice and wisdom on how to deal with inheritance and innovation, the ethical relationship between doctors and patients, and the ethical relationship between core and team. Analyzing the medical ethics characteristics of Jiang Lin Medical Case Essence has three implications:first, integrity and innovation, second, sincerity and altruism, and third, the sharing of unique knowledge. |
