摘要: |
做好新时代中医药人才工作对于推动中医药事业和中医药高等教育发展具有重要的实践意义和深远的现实意义。针对当前中医药人才面临的人才整体规模不大、基层中医药人才素质不高、高层次人才不足和培养体系不优等主要问题,结合湖南中医药人才工作的思考与探索,提出坚持党管人才、深化人事制度改革、创新人才评价机制等措施,为做好新时代中医药人才工作提供建设路径和实践经验。 |

Abstract: |
Doing a good job in the work of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) talents in the new era has important practical significance and far-reaching practical significance for promoting the development of TCM and higher education of TCM. Aiming at the main problems faced by TCM talents at present, such as the overall size of TCM talents is not large, the quality of TCM talents at grass-roots level is not high, high-level talents are insufficient and the training system is not good, combined with the thinking and exploration of traditional Chinese medicine talents work in Hunan, this paper puts forward to adhere to the party's management of talents, deepen the reform of personnel system and innovate the talent evaluation mechanism, so as to provide construction paths and practical experience for doing a good job of traditional Chinese medicine talents work in the new era. |
