摘要: |
目的 调查常态化疫情防控期实习护生职业认同现状,探索新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对护生职业认同的影响。方法 采取整群抽样,使用护生职业认同量表对长沙市3所三级甲等综合性医院、来自全国10个省29所护理院校的共882名实习护生进行问卷调查,并与新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情前的同类研究进行对比。结果 常态化疫情防控期实习护生职业认同总分为(64.54±10.59)分,高于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情前期采用相同量表的何丽亚和Sun对护生职业认同的调查结果(P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,对护理专业的态度、护理职业社会地位的感知、选择护理专业的原因、对实习医院的满意度及学历是常态化疫情防控期实习护生职业认同的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情可能对实习护生职业认同产生积极的影响,提示未来在实习护生群体,可尝试采用新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作中的护士榜样教育,以提高其职业认同,增加护理队伍的稳定性。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the current situation of professional identity among nursing interns in the period of normal epidemic prevention and control, and to explore the impact of the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) epidemic on the professional identity of nursing interns. Methods Cluster sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on a total of 882 nursing interns from 29 nursing colleges in 3 tertiary first-class general hospitals in Changsha using the nursing student' professional identity scale. The results were compared with those of the similar studies in the early stage of COVID-19. Results The total score of occupational identity among nursing interns in the period of normal epidemic prevention and control was (64.54±10.59), which was higher than the survey results of He Liya and Sun on the occupational identity of nursing students who used the same scale in the early stage of COVID-19 (P<0.001). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that attitude towards the nursing profession, perception of nursing profession’s social status, choice of nursing profession reasons, satisfaction with the internship hospital, and education level were the main influencing factors of professional identity of nursing interns in the period of normal epidemic prevention and control (P<0.05). Conclusion The COVID-19 may have a positive impact on the professional identity of nursing interns, suggesting that in the future, the nurse practitioners can try to use the nurse role model education in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 to improve their professional identity and increase the team stability of nursing care. |
