| 摘要: |
| 抽动障碍的发病与心肝关系密切，肝风内动，筋脉挛急而致抽动，为形病；心血不足，心失所养，而致情绪障碍等，为神病，治疗时应注重“形神同调”。从心肝出发，以治肝调形、养心安神为治则，发病初期重在调形，以疏肝行气息风为主，佐以安神；发作程度重，合并共患病，应调形安神并重，治宜泻火平肝，重镇安神；抽动缓解期以健脾滋肾、养心安神为主，佐以息风，采用内外合治的方法，有助于提高抽动障碍的疗效，强化本病的防治及远期管理，也为其他儿童神经精神障碍性疾病的中医辨治提供新的思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| The onset of tic disorders (TD) is closely related to heart and liver. Tic could be caused by liver-wind stirring, tendons and vessels contracture, so it may be the body disease; insufficiency of heart blood, loss of support for the heart, can cause emotional disorders, etc., thus it may be mental disease. And attention should be paid to "co-regulation of body and mind" in treatment. The treatment is based on taking treating liver to adjust and nourishing heart to tranquilize as therapeutic principles. In the early stage of TD, the focus is on regulating the body disease, mainly by soothing the liver, regulating Qi and stopping endogenous wind, assisted by tranquilizing the mind. In the case of severe attack and combined comorbidity, equal attention to regulating the body and calming the mind should be paid, purging fire to calm the liver and tranquilizing with heavy material should be the methods. In the remission stage of TD, the main methods should be invigorating spleen and nourishing kidney, nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind, assisted by inhibiting endogenous wind, and combined internal and external treatment. It is to improve the curative effect of TD, and it is helpful for the treatment and long-term management of TD. In addition, it provides a new idea for the differentiation and treatment of children's neurobehavioral diseases. |
