| 公立医院是我国医疗服务体系的主体，公立医院高质量发展有利于提高人们健康水平，促进健康中国建设。新医改以来，湖南省公立医院改革取得了明显成效，但仍存在内涵式发展动力不足、学科建设相对滞后、医疗资源分布不均衡等问题。为促进湖南省公立医院高质量发展，应以现代医院管理制度建设为抓手，以学科建设为核心，以均衡医疗资源配置为突破口，进一步深化公立医院改革。 |

| Discussion on high-quality development path of public hospitals in Hunan Province |

| Abstract: |
| Public hospitals are the main body of China's medical service system. The high-quality development of public hospitals is conducive to improving people's health level and promoting the construction of healthy China. Since the new medical reform, the reform of public hospitals in Hunan Province has achieved remarkable results, but there are still some problems, such as insufficient power of connotative development, relatively lagging discipline construction, unbalanced distribution of medical resources and so on. In order to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals in Hunan Province, we should further deepen the reform of public hospitals by taking the construction of modern hospital management system as the starting point, taking discipline construction as the core and balancing the allocation of medical resources as the breakthrough. |
