| 摘要: |
| 在全国精准扶贫工作结束之后，如何为乡村振兴战略实施寻找产业支撑意义重大。湖南省野生中药材资源丰富，总蕴藏量为全国第二位，《湖南省乡村振兴战略规划》重点指出要培育发展农业特色优势产业集群，推进中药材基地建设，助力乡村振兴。为此，通过产业调研及障碍分析方法，分析湖南省传统中药材产业行业痛点，并从中药材产业与乡村振兴战略关联性分析的角度，提出立足本土资源禀赋发展特色产业是农村经济振兴的有效途径，探讨通过科学种植、中药加工储运、创新经营、服务支撑、监测保障这一实践路径，推动湖南省中药材产业发展，支撑乡村振兴。 |

| Abstract: |
| After the completion of the national targeted poverty alleviation work, how to find industrial support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is of great significance. Hunan Province is rich in wild Chinese herbal medicine resources, with the total reserves ranking second in China. The strategic plan for rural revitalization of Hunan Province focuses on cultivating and developing agricultural characteristic and advantageous industrial clusters, promoting the construction of Chinese herbal medicine bases and helping rural revitalization. Therefore, this paper intends to analyze the pain points of traditional Chinese herbal medicine industry in Hunan Province through industrial research and obstacle analysis. From the perspective of correlation analysis between traditional Chinese medicine industry and rural revitalization strategy, this paper puts forward that developing characteristic industries based on local resource endowment is an effective way to revitalize rural economy, and discusses the practical path of scientific planting, traditional Chinese medicine processing, storage and transportation, innovative management, service support and monitoring guarantee to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry in Hunan Province and support rural revitalization. |
