| 通元针法联合推拿治疗慢性腰肌劳损（寒湿型）对疼痛及表面肌电图的影响 |

| 目的 探讨通元针法联合推拿治疗慢性腰肌劳损（寒湿型）对疼痛及表面肌电图的影响。方法 选取长江航运总医院收治的100例慢性腰肌劳损（寒湿型）患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，各50例。对照组予以推拿治疗，治疗组予以通元针法联合推拿治疗。比较治疗前后两组的临床疗效、腰痛症状量化积分、视觉模拟疼痛评分（visual analog scales, VAS）、表面肌电指标[平均肌电值（averaged electromyogram, AEMG）和中位频率的斜率（median frequency slope, MFs）]、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α）和白介素-6（interleukin-6, IL-6）水平以及治疗期间的不良反应。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率（92.0%）高于对照组（56.0%）（P<0.05）；两组腰痛症状量化积分、VAS评分、血清TNF-α与IL-6水平均低于治疗前（P<0.05），且治疗组腰痛症状量化积分、VAS评分、血清TNF-α与IL-6水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组AEMG高于治疗前、MFs绝对值低于治疗前（P<0.05），且治疗组AEMG高于对照组、MFs绝对值低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗期间两组均无明显不良反应。结论 通元针法联合推拿治疗慢性腰肌劳损（寒湿型）具有很好的临床疗效，可缓解腰部症状、减少疼痛和炎症反应、增强肌力，且安全性好。 |

| Objective To explore the effects of Tongyuan acupuncture combined with massage on pain and surface electromyogram (EMG) in chronic lumbar muscle strain (cold-dampness type). Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain (cold-dampness type) admitted to General Hospital of the Yangtze River Shipping were enrolled. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with massage, while treatment group was treated with Tongyuan acupuncture and massage. The clinical curative effect, quantitative scores of backache symptoms, scores of visual analogue scales (VAS), levels of surface EMG indexes [averaged electromyogram (AEMG), median frequency slope (MFs)], serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) before and after treatment, and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total response rate of treatment group (92.0%) was higher than that of control group (56.0%) (P<0.05); quantitative scores of backache symptoms, VAS scores, serum TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups were decreased than before treatment (P<0.05), and quantitative scores of backache symptoms, VAS scores, serum TNF-α and IL-6 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); AEMG was increased, while absolute value of MFs was decreased in both groups than before treatment (P<0.05), and AEMG in treatment group was greater than that in control group, while absolute value of MFs in treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Tongyuan acupuncture combined with massage is good on chronic lumbar muscle strain (cold-dampness type), which can relieve lumbar symptoms, reduce pain and inflammation response, and strengthen muscle strength, with high safety. |
