OBE-TBL双轨教学模式在中医肛肠本科实习带教中的应用——以湖南中医药大学第二附属医院为例 |

摘要: |
目的 探索成果导向教育(OBE)-基于团队学习(TBL)双轨教学模式在中医肛肠本科实习带教中的作用。方法 选取2020年6月至2020年11月在湖南中医药大学第二附属医院肛肠科轮转的本科实习生48人,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24人。观察组采用OBE-TBL双轨教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,教学周期为1个月。出科时通过理论知识考核、实践技能考核(包括医疗问诊、专科检查、临床诊断、沟通交流、人文关怀、综合能力)及教学满意度评价对比两组的结果。结果 两组学生的沟通交流能力和人文关怀能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组理论成绩、医疗问诊能力、专科检查能力、临床诊断能力、综合能力及教学满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 OBE-TBL双轨教学模式有利于改善教学质量,提高学生满意度,对中医肛肠科本科实习的带教有积极指导意义。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To explore the role of outcome-based education (OBE)-team based learning (TBL) double-track teaching model in the practice teaching of anorectal undergraduates of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 48 undergraduate interns rotating in the Anorectal Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to November 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 24 interns in each group. The observation group was given OBE-TBL teaching model, the control group was given traditional teaching model, teaching cycle was one month. The results of the two groups were compared by theoretical knowledge assessment, practical skills assessment (including medical consultation, specialized examination, clinical diagnosis, communication, humanistic care, comprehensive ability) and teaching satisfaction evaluation. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in communication ability and humanistic care ability (P>0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in theoretical achievement, medical consultation ability, specialized examination ability, clinical diagnosis ability, comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion OBE-TBL double-track teaching model is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and student satisfaction, which has positive guiding significance for the teaching of undergraduate practice in anorectal department of traditional Chinese medicine. |
