| 陈新宇教授从"阴阳互根互用"理论辨治慢性咳嗽，认为慢性咳嗽病因病机主要为阳虚邪盛、阴虚伤肺和五脏俱损，确立温阳滋阴、扶阳为本的治疗原则，施以益阴通阳、滋养肺阴、膏方疗养、阴阳互济的治疗方法，运用桂枝汤、生脉散、黄芪建中汤等方临证加减治疗慢性咳嗽，临床疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: |
| Professor Chen Xinyu treated chronic cough based on syndrome differentiation from the theory of "mutual assistance between Yin and Yang". He believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic cough are mainly Yang deficiency and pathogenic factor excess, Yin deficiency and lung injury, and damage to all five internal organs. Professor Chen established the therapeutic principles of warming Yang and nourishing Yin, focusing on supporting Yang, nourishing Yin and activating ang, nourishing lung Yin, ointment and decoction recuperation, mutual assistance between Yin and Yang. He used Guizhi Decoction, Shengmai Powder and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in clinical treatment of chronic cough, and obtained satisfactory curative effects. |
