| 摘要: |
| 张学文教授认为冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的中医病名应为"心络痹"。张教授认为本病的中医病因病机十分复杂，起病隐匿，难以察觉，从微渐积，发病与年老体衰、膏粱厚味、劳累、饮酒、情志、痰瘀毒邪损伤有关。其在长期的医疗临床实践中发现，本病从虚、痰、瘀、毒辨证论治，疗效明显。本病形成周期较长，而虚痰瘀毒贯穿本病的始终，虚痰瘀毒常夹杂而至，临证常分为气阴两虚证、气滞血瘀证、痰瘀交夹证、毒瘀互结证，治疗时扶正、化痰、活血、解毒之法亦需要徐徐图之，以解毒祛瘀通脉汤为基础方化裁治疗。张教授根据病性，提出消磨法治之。 |

| Professor Zhang Xuewen thinks that the traditional Chinese medicine name of coronary atherosclerotic plaque should be "Xinluobi". Professor Zhang thinks that the etiology and pathogenesis of coronary atherosclerotic plaque is very complex, the onset is hidden, and it is difficult to detect, and from the micro product gradually. The onset of coronary atherosclerotic plaque is related to aging, rich fatty diet, fatigue, drinking, emotion, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin damage. Professor Zhang found that the disease was treated by syndrome differentiation from deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin, and the curative effect was obvious. The formation cycle of the disease is long, and the deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin run through the whole process of the disease. Deficiency, phlegm, blood stasis and toxin are often mixed. Clinical syndromes are often divided into Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, and toxin and blood stasis syndrome. The method of strengthening the right, resolving phlegm, activating blood circulation and detoxification also needs to be drawn slowly. The treatment is based on Jiedu Quyu Tongmai Decoction. Therefore, according to the nature of the disease, professor Zhang proposed the attrition method. |
