摘要: |
代谢组学作为系统生物学研究领域的一门新兴学科,可以对小分子代谢终端产物进行动态、多元化的网络检测。2型糖尿病是以糖、脂代谢紊乱为主要特征的慢性代谢性疾病。本文通过代谢组学技术探讨不同证候2型糖尿病患者或动物模型及中药复方作用下生物体内代谢方式的改变和代谢产物的差异。根据特异性代谢产物的变化,以期对2型糖尿病中医辨证的分型和复方药效机制的研究提供参考依据。 |

Abstract: |
As an emerging discipline in the field of systems biology research, metabolomics can conduct dynamic and diversified network detection of small molecule metabolic end products. Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by disorders of glucose and lipid metabolism. In this paper, metabolomics techniques are used to explore the changes in metabolism and the differences in metabolites in organisms under the action of different syndromes of type 2 diabetes patients or animal models and Chinese herbal compound. According to the changes of specific metabolites, it is hoped to provide a reference for the research on the type of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of type 2 diabetes and the study of the compound pharmacodynamic mechanism. |
