| 摘要: |
| 体温正常3 d以上、呼吸道症状明显好转、肺部影像学改善及连续两次呼吸道标本核酸检测阴性是新冠肺炎患者的出院标准，部分患者虽满足前3个条件，但因核酸检测持续阳性或转阴后复阳而无法出院，给患者带来很大痛苦。舒兰教授在南华大学附属南华医院指导期间运用中医辨证"专人专药"论治处方，对新冠肺炎核酸持续阳性或复阳患者有明确疗效，此类患者服用中药后的检测结果均能转阴。本文通过分析10例新冠肺炎持续阳性或转阴后复阳患者病例资料，讨论核酸检测持续阳性或转阴后复阳的可能原因，强调扶正祛邪治疗新冠肺炎的重要性，总结舒兰教授以扶正祛邪为法的用药特点。 |

| The discharge standard for COVID-19 patients include temperature been normal for more than 3 days, respiratory symptoms improved, pulmonary imaging improved and respiratory tract nucleic acid detection tested negative for two consecutive times. Although some patients met the first three conditions, they could not be discharged because of continuous positive nucleic acid test or recovery of positive after negative, which brings great pain to patients. Professor Shu Lan used the prescription of "special person and special medicine" in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation during her guidance in Nanhua Hospital for the treatment of COVID-19 patients, which had a definite effect on the patients with new crown pneumonia. The results of these patients could be turned negative after taking the Chinese medicine. This paper discusses 10 cases of COVID-19 persistent or positive after negative conversion. The possible reasons for the persistent positive or negative conversion of the nucleic acid test are discussed. The importance of reinforcing the vital energy and eliminating pathogenic factors in the treatment of COVID-19 is emphasized, and the characteristics of the medication of Shu Lan are summarized. |
