| 摘要: |
| 随着“健康中国”战略的提出，大健康产业已成为当前拥有巨大潜力的朝阳产业。在大健康产业背景下药食同源资源因其独特的优势，具有重要的研究意义。综合论述药食同源资源在大健康产品、日化产品、天然食品添加剂、农业应用方面的开发现状以及当前开发中存在低水平重复开发、缺乏中医药特色与优势、产品质量不稳定的问题，提出了构建药食同源资源全值化利用产业链、结合中医食疗和现代科学理论、优化质量检测方法3种开发策略，以促进我国药食同源资源的研究与开发。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the proposal of the strategy of "healthy China", the big health industry has become a sunrise industry with great potential. Because of its unique advantages, the homology of medicine and food has important research significance under the background of big health industry. This paper integrated problems of medicine edible resources in the health products, daily chemical product, natural food additives, agricultural application present situation existing in the development and low level repeated development, lack of features and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and unstable product quality. In order to promote the research and development of the homologous resources of medicine and food in China, three development strategies were put forward, including the construction of the full value utilization industry chain of the homologous resources of medicine and food, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy and modern scientific theory, and the optimization of quality inspection methods. |
