基于“双主教学模式”的多元整合教学法在中西结合妇产科学中的应用探索与评价 |

摘要: |
目的 探讨“双主教学模式”的多元整合教学法在中西结合妇产科学中的应用教学效果。方法 将海南医学院中医学院中西医结合专业2015级本科班设为对照组,采用传统教学模式;2016级本科班设为研究组,采用“双主教学模式”的多元整合教学法,最终通过期末成绩、综合成绩和学生满意度调查进行教学评价。结果 研究组的期末成绩和综合成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),调查问卷显示绝大部分学生对该教学法的满意度较高,研究组在提高课程学习效果、加强师生交流、提高分析归纳与总结问题能力、提高团队合作能力、增强对理论知识的掌握、培养临床思维能力、提高中西医妇产科知识的结合能力7个方面的调查满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 “双主教学模式”的多元整合教学法通过多种教学法之间整合优劣、互相渗透和叠加优势,显著优化了教学过程,提高了教学质量,从而增强了学生解决问题的能力。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To explore the application effect of multiple integration teaching method in the "double main teaching mode" in integrated Chinese and western obstetrics and gynecology. Methods The 2015 undergraduate class of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Hainan Medical College was set as the control group and the traditional teaching mode was adopted; the 2016 undergraduate class was set as research group, and multiple integrated teaching method in the "double main teaching mode" was adopted. The final scores, comprehensive scores and questionnaire of the two groups were evaluated. Results The final and comprehensive scores of the research group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The questionnaire showed that most of the students were highly satisfied with the teaching method. The satisfaction in seven aspects of the research group was higher than that of the control group in improving the learning effect of the course, strengthening the communication between teachers and students, improving the ability of analyzing and summarizing problems, improving the ability of team cooperation, enhancing the mastery of theoretical knowledge, cultivating the ability of clinical thinking, and improving the ability of combining traditional Chinese and western obstetrics and gynecology knowledge (P<0.05). Conclusion The multiple integrated teaching method in the "double main teaching mode" significantly optimizes the teaching process, improves the teaching quality, and enhances the students' ability to solve problems by integrating the advantages and disadvantages, interpenetrating and superimposing advantages among various teaching methods. |
