| 摘要: |
| 目的 通过对中医药治疗膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）的相关文献进行计量及可视化分析，把握该领域的研究热点并展望研究趋势。方法 运用CiteSpace软件对1992年01月01日至2020年06月30日中国知网中医药治疗KOA核心文献的年发文量、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析，并绘制知识图谱。结果 共纳入1 444篇文献；共纳入449位作者，形成了多个研究团队，发文量≥10篇的有8人，分别是刘献祥、郭长青、王培民、刘军、潘建科、李西海、陈日新、邢润麟；共纳入108个研究机构，主要研究机构有北京中医药大学、广州中医药大学、福建中医药大学、广东省中医院；共纳入223个关键词，频次及中介中心性较高的关键词有电针、针灸、软骨细胞、独活寄生汤等，探测出27个突现关键词，形成9个合理聚类。结论 中医药治疗KOA相关文献年发文量总体上呈现快速增长趋势，研究方向紧跟科学技术发展，深入微观细胞分子水平，其发展仍处于上升期；但各研究力量较分散，团队合作力度不大。 |

| Objective To identify the research hotspots and research trends in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on knee osteoarthritis (KOA) through visualization analysis of related literature on the treatment of KOA with TCM. Methods CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the annual publication volume, authors, institutions and keywords of the core documents related to TCM on KOA in the CNKI from January 1, 1992 to June 30, 2020, and to create a knowledge map. Results A total of 1 444 documents were included; 449 authors were included, forming multiple research teams; there were 8 people with more than 10 articles published, namely Liu Xianxiang, Guo Changqing, Wang Peimin, Liu Jun, Pan Jianke, Li Xihai, Chen Rixin and Xing Runlin; 108 research institutions were included, the main research institutions include Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Fujian University of Chinese Medicine and Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine; a total of 223 keywords were included, and the keywords with high frequency and mediating centrality were electroacupuncture, acupuncture, chondrocyte, Duhuo Jisheng Decoction, etc., and 27 prominent keywords were detected, forming 9 reasonable clusters. Conclusion On the whole, the annual number of papers published on TCM treatment of KOA has shown a rapid growth trend, with the research direction closely following the development of science and technology and in-depth microscopic cellular molecular level, its development is still on the rise. However, the research forces are scattered and the team cooperation is not strong. |
