| 摘要: |
| 目的 了解国内中药注射液治疗慢性肾脏病的研究现状和研究趋势。方法 以中国知网（CNKI）为数据源，检索收录的中药注射液治疗慢性肾脏病相关文献，检索时间限定为从建库至2020年1月11日，对文献的发表年份、作者、机构、关键词进行文献计量学统计分析，再利用CiteSpace软件对结果进行可视化网络绘制分析。结果 历年来与中药注射液治疗慢性肾脏病相关的文献共736篇，发文数量呈上升趋势，团队机构中南京中医药大学、河南省中医院发文量最多，作者中吴金玉发文量最多，各团队主要从对慢性肾脏病的中医认识、病机证候以及治疗手段等方面开展研究工作，但整体缺乏跨省合作研究。近五年的研究热点主要集中在肾康注射液、慢性肾衰竭、血液透析，近十年中药注射液在慢性肾衰竭中的治疗应用逐渐被重视。结论 近年来，我国中药注射液治疗慢性肾脏病研究的发展速度较快，但以临床研究、回溯性研究为主，基础研究仍有待进一步开展，构建多元化、精准化的研究脉络是当前所需。 |

| Objective To understand the research status and trend of Chinese materia medica injection in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. Methods CNKI database was used as the data source to search and collect the literatures related to the treatment of chronic kidney disease by Chinese materia medica injection. The retrieval time was limited from the establishment of the database to January 11, 2020. The year of publication, author, organization and key words of the literatures were statistically analyzed by bibliometrics, and then the results were visualized and analyzed by CiteSpace software. Results Over the years, there were 736 papers related to the treatment of chronic kidney disease with Chinese materia medica injection. The number of papers published was on the rise. The most papers published by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Among the authors, WU Jinyu published the most. Each team mainly carried out research work from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) understanding, pathogenesis, syndrome and treatment of chronic kidney disease, but overall lacked of cross provincial cooperation research. In the past five years, the research hotspots mainly focused on Shenkang Injection, chronic renal failure and hemodialysis. In recent ten years, the application of Chinese materia medica injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure had been gradually valued. Conclusion In recent years, the research on the treatment of chronic kidney disease with Chinese materia medica injection had developed rapidly, but it was still focused on clinical research and retrospective research. Basic research still needs to be further carried out. It was necessary to construct a diversified and accurate research context. |
