| 摘要: |
| 目的 调查社区中老年人中医养生知识、态度、行为现状及其服务需求，探索社区中老年人中医养生知信行的影响因素。方法 采取便利抽样法，对长沙市某社区内249名中老年人采用中医养生知信行问卷和中医养生需求问卷进行调查。结果 249名社区中老年人的中医养生知识、态度、行为平均得分分别为（46.84±7.00）分、（33.73±5.41）分、（34.69±7.52）分，得分比最高的为中医养生态度，最低的为中医养生行为；中医养生服务需求平均得分为（45.37±7.50）分，需求最高的项目为“中医养生服务医护人员的服务态度和专业性”。单因素分析显示：性别、学历层次、医疗保险、平均月收入、是否定期体检和居住地的不同，社区中老年人的中医养生知信行总分差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 社区中老年人的中医养生接受度高，且相信中医养生有利于健康，但实际较少进行中医养生行为；社区中老年人对中医养生的需求较大，尤其是对于中医养生服务医护人员的服务态度和专业性。因此，社区应多进行中医养生知识相关的教育和宣传，增强中医养生服务人才队伍培训，以满足社区中老年人群对中医养生的需求。 |

| Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior (KAP) status and service demand of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health cultivation among the middle-aged and elderly people in the community, and to explore the influencing factors of the middle-aged and elderly people’s KAP. Methods Convenient sampling was used. A total of 249 middle-aged and elderly people in the community of Changsha were investigated by using KAP questionnaire of TCM health cultivation and service demand questionnaire of TCM health cultivation. Results The average scores of KAP among the 249 middle-aged and elderly in the community were (46.84±7.00), (33.73±5.41), and (34.69±7.52), respectively. The highest score was attitude of TCM health cultivation, while the lowest was behavior of TCM health cultivation. The average score of the demand for TCM health cultivation services was (45.37±7.50), and the item with the highest demand was "the service attitude and professionalism of medical personnel in TCM health maintenance service". Uni-variate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the total scores of KAP of TCM health cultivation with respect to gender, education level, medical insurance, average monthly income, regular physical examination and residence (P<0.01). Conclusion The middle-aged and elderly in the community have a high degree of acceptance of TCM health cultivation, and believe that TCM health cultivation is beneficial to health, but seldom practice TCM health cultivation. The middle-aged and elderly in the community have a great demand for TCM health cultivation, especially for service attitude and professionalism of medical personnel in TCM health cultivation services. Therefore, the community should carry out more education and publicity related to the knowledge of TCM health cultivation, improve training of TCM health service personnel, so as to meet the needs of middle-aged and elderly people for TCM health cultivation. |
