| 流行性腮腺炎是儿科常见的传染性疾病之一，中医药治疗疗效显著。张涤教授依据多年临床经验，结合小儿病理生理特点和疾病传变规律，将卫气营血辨证与六经辨证相结合，认为“风温邪毒”为主要病因，“外感温毒、痰毒互结”为基本病机，“散邪驱毒”为基础治法，临证时审证求因，辨证论治，重视传变，疗效颇丰。 |

| Abstract: |
| Mumps is one of the common infectious diseases in pediatrics, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has significant clinical effects in treating this disease. According to years of clinical experience, and combined with the pathophysiological characteristics of children and the law of disease transmission, professor ZHANG Di combined syndrome differentiation of weifen, qifen, yingfen and xuefen and syndrome differentiation of six channels theory. He believed that "wind and warm pathogen and toxin" as the main cause, "external contraction of warm toxicity, intermingled phlegm and toxin" as the basic pathogenesis, "dispersing pathogens and driving away toxin" as the basic treatment. In clinical examination, syndromes are reviewed to seek causes. With syndrome differentiation, attention should be paid to the transmission and changes. The curative effect is great. |
