黄瓜根化学成分的分离与鉴定 |

摘要: |
目的 研究黄瓜根的化学成分。方法 采用乙醇提取、不同极性溶剂萃取法初步分离,再采用大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶、反相硅胶(RP-18)、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等柱色谱技术对黄瓜根化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据和文献比对,鉴定出所得化合物的结构。结果 从黄瓜根不同提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为反式对羟基桂皮醛(1)、4-hydroxy-4-(3-oxo-1-butenyl)-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one(2)、loliolide(3)、ligballinol(4)、对甲氧基苯酚(5)、3-吲哚甲醛(6)、3-氨基吲哚(7)、3-吲哚甲酸甲酯(8)。结论 化合物2、3、4、5、7为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

Abstract: |
Object To Study the chemical constituents of the roots of Cucumis sativus L.. Methods The chromatographic separation and purification of the ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol parts of the roots of Cucumis sativus L. were carried out on normal phase silica gel, reversed phase silica gel(RP-18), and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, their structures were identified by the analysis of spectral data and chemical properties. Results Eight compounds were obtained at the parts of the ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol from the roots of Cucumis sativus L., which were elucidated as trans-p-coumaryl aldehyde(1), 4-hydroxy-4-(3-oxo-1-butenyl)-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-2-en-1-one(2), Loliolid(3), ligballinol(4), p-methoxy phenol(5), indole-3-carboxaldehyde(6), 3-amine-1H-indol(7), methyl-3-indolecarboxylate(8). Conclusion Compounds 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time. |
