| 摘要: |
| 探析首届全国名中医王行宽教授基于"虚、郁、热"的病机特点治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临证思路：口腔溃疡责之心脾积热，治当清心泻脾，方用导赤散合泻黄散、清胃散加减。而复发性口腔溃疡易伤阴耗气，需加用益气养阴之品。在此基础上，王老师认为复发性口腔溃疡的辨治虽不可执一而论，然其论治终不离肝、肾两脏，治必加用疏肝利胆、滋阴补肾之法，方用丹栀逍遥散、柴芩温胆汤合六味地黄丸加减，临床疗效显著。 |

| This paper explored and analyzed one of the 1st national famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors-Professor WANG Xingkuan's clinical thinking in treating recurrent oral ulcer (ROU) based on the pathogenesis characteristics of "deficiency, depression and heat". That is:oral ulcers attribute to the accumulated heat in the heart and spleen, so the treatment is clearing heart and draining spleen, using modified Daochi Powder with Xiehuang Powder and Qingwei Powder. But ROU can easily damage Yin and consume Qi, so it is necessary to add the product of tonifying Qi and Yin. On this basis, Professor WANG believes that the syndrome differentiation and treatment of ROU cannot be treated as the same as that of common oral ulcers, but its treatment does not depart from treating liver and kidney. The treatment must be combined with the method of soothing liver and promoting bile secretion as well as nourishing Yin and supplementing kidney, by using modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder, Chaiqin Wendan Decoction and Liuwei Dihuang Pills, whose clinical efficacy is remarkable. |
