鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤改善肾病综合征大鼠肾功能的实验研究 |

摘要: |
目的 观察鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤联合常规治疗方法对肾病综合征模型大鼠肾功能的保护作用。方法 将96只SD大鼠随机分为4组,分别为正常组、模型组、治疗组、对照组,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外,按照临床等效剂量予以鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤,连续14 d为一疗程,共治疗2个疗程。分别于治疗前、治疗2周及治疗4周后,检测大鼠肾组织病理形态学、24 h尿蛋白及肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸水平。结果 与治疗前相比,对照组、治疗组体质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,对照组与治疗组的体质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但对照组和治疗组相比,体质量无明显差异(P>0.05)。与模型组相比较,对照组远端小管排列较紧密,组织间可见少量炎性渗出;治疗组较对照组减轻。经过4周的治疗后,治疗组尿蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);与模型组比,治疗组指标有显著性改善(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用鲫鱼冬瓜皮汤联合常规治疗方法可有效改善肾病综合征模型大鼠体质量比,减少其24 h尿蛋白及肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸水平。 |

Experimental Study on the Improvement of Renal Function in Rats with Nephrotic Syndrome by Crucian Carp and Chinese Wax Gourd Peel Soup |

Abstract: |
Objective To observe the protective effect of Crucian Carp and Chinese Wax Gourd Peel Soup combined with routine treatment on renal function in nephrotic syndrome rats. Methods A total of 96 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:a normal group, a model group, a treatment group and a control group. The control group was given routine treatment. Except the routine treatment, the treatment group was also given Crucian Carp and Chinese Wax Gourd Peel Soup according to the clinical equivalent dosage. Continuous 14 d as 1 course of treatment, with a total of 2 courses of treatment. The pathomorphology of renal tissue, and the levels of 24 h urinary protein, creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid were measured before the treatment, 2 weeks after the treatment and 4 weeks after the treatment. Results Compared with the body mass before the treatment, the difference between the control group and the treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the difference in the body mass between the control group and the treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the body mass between the control group and the treatment group (P>0.05). Compared with the model group, the distal tubules of the control group were arranged more tightly, and there was a little inflammatory exudation between the tissues. And those in the treatment group was less sever than those in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of urinary protein, creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in the treatment group were significantly decreased than those before the treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, there were significant differences in the treatment group (P<0.05), and those in the treatment group was statistically significant from those in the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion The Crucian Carp and Chinese Wax Gourd Peel Soup combined with routine treatment can effectively improve the body mass index of rats with nephrotic syndrome and reduce their levels of 24 h urinary protein, creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid. |
