| 摘要: |
| 复方左旋多巴是目前临床上改善帕金森病运动障碍最基本、最有效的药物，然而随着复方左旋多巴应用时间的延长和用量的加大，其治疗效果越来越差，不良反应反而日趋严重，已成为临床应用的主要瓶颈。大量研究表明，中药复方与复方左旋多巴联合治疗帕金森病，不仅能提高临床疗效，而且能减少西药的的用量及毒副作用。本文从临床应用角度，归纳总结了中药复方与复方左旋多巴联合治疗帕金森病的进展，以期为临床治疗提供部分参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Compound levodopa is the most basic and effective drug in improving the clinical symptom of dyskinesia in Parkinson's disease. However, over the course of treatment and with an increasing dose of compound levodopa, the therapeutic effect is decreasing with more and more serious side effects, which has become the main bottleneck of its clinical application. A large number of studies have shown that treating Parkinson's disease with traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with compound levodopa can not only improve the clinical efficacy, but also reduce the dose and side effects of Western medicine. This article summarizes the progress in treating Parkinson's disease with traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with compound levodopa from the perspective of clinical application, with the expectation to provide a reference for clinical treatment of the disease. |
