| 摘要: |
| 目的 运用Meta分析方法系统评价中医药治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（diabetic retinopathy，DR）光凝术后疗效。方法 检索Pubmed、Medline、Cochrane Library、维普期刊数据库、中国知网和万方数据库中的中医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变光凝术后的随机对照研究，由两名评价者独立提取资料并进行方法学质量评估，数据分析采用Rev Man5.3软件进行统计分析。结果 共纳入10个随机对照研究，包括883例患者。中医药治疗DR光凝术后总疗效优于对照组[OR=3.77，95% CI （2.59，5.48），P<0.000 01]；中医药治疗DR光凝术后消退黄斑水肿的疗效优于对照组[OR=4.05，95% CI （1.75，9.37），P=0.001]；中医药治疗DR光凝术后减少眼底出血的疗效优于对照组[OR=3.58，95% CI （1.72，7.42），P=0.000 6]。结论 中医药治疗有利于患者消退黄斑水肿和减少眼底出血，在治疗DR光凝术后总体疗效上更有优势。 |

| Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR) after photocoagulation using meta-analysis.Methods Randomized controlled trials of TCM in the treatment of DR after photocoagulation were retrieved from PubMed, Medline, the Cochrane Library, VIP, CNKI, and Wanfang Data. Two reviewers independently extracted data and performed methodological quality assessment. Data analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3.Results A total of ten randomized controlled trials involving 883 patients were included. In the TCM treatment of DR after photocoagulation, the overall therapeutic efficacy was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group (odds ratio[OR]=3.77, 95% confidence interval[CI] (2.59, 5.48), P<0.000 01); the therapeutic efficacy of resolving macular edema after photocoagulation was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group[OR=4.05, 95% CI (1.75, 9.37), P=0.001]; the therapeutic efficacy of reducing fundus hemorrhage after photocoagulation was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group[OR=3.58, 95% CI (1.72, 7.42), P=0.000 6].Conclusion TCM treatment is beneficial for patients to resolve macular edema and reduce fundus hemorrhage, and it is more advantageous in terms of its overall therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of DR after photocoagulation. |
