| 中医是中华文化的重要体现，是中华民族的瑰宝，也是中国医药体系的特色和优势，更是近年来中国与其他国家、国际组织开展卫生合作与交流的重要组成部分。随着中医越来越为西方国家所熟悉和接受，中医正像一棵移植到海外的树在国外成长起来，并且正在完成本土化。美国以其多元文化资源正成为中医多元化和本土化的前沿，并且成为世界针灸发展的重要力量。本文在中日韩本土化的相关研究基础上就中医在美国的本土化问题进行深入探讨。 |

| A Study on the Localization of Taditional Chinese Medicine in the United States |

| Abstract: |
| Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an important embodiment of Chinese culture, a treasure of Chinese nation, and a feature and advantage of the Chinese medical system. It has also played an important role in China's health cooperations and exchanges with other countries and international organizations in recent years. As TCM becomes more familiar and accepted in Western countries, it is like a plant species that has been introduced overseas:it is becoming rapidly disseminated and localized in its new homeland. With the diversity of cultural sources, the United States (US) is in the forefront of the diversification and localization of TCM, and has become an important force for acupuncture development in the world. This article studies and discusses the localization of TCM in the US on the basis of relevant research on its localization in Japan and South Korea. |
