隔药饼灸不同灸量对免疫抑制兔体质量及细胞因子的影响 |

摘要: |
目的 在前期证实隔药饼灸对免疫抑制调节作用的基础上,继续观察不同艾灸量对免疫抑制兔体质量及细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-2及IL-4的影响变化,以探索该项研究中灸量的最佳效应。方法 50只大耳白兔随机分为空白组、模型组、隔药饼灸3壮组、隔药饼灸5壮组和隔药饼灸7壮组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余各组经磷酰胺腹腔注射造成免疫抑制模型,造模结束后第2天,3个治疗组分别给予隔药饼灸3壮、5壮及7壮的治疗,隔日施灸,共灸10次。结束治疗后第2天动物称质量、麻醉,解剖取脾脏匀浆,酶联免疫法检测上清液中IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4含量。结果 与模型组比较,隔药饼灸3壮组、5壮组、7壮组实验前后体质量差值均明显升高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);与3壮组比较,5壮组、7壮组体质量差值升高明显,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。隔药饼灸治疗后,与模型组比较,3壮组、5壮组、7壮组组织IL-4含量明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),5壮组、7壮组IFN-γ含量明显升高(P<0.01),3壮组组织IFN-γ含量有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与3壮组比较,5壮组、7壮组IL-4、IFN-γ含量明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 不同灸量对环磷酰胺所致动物体质量减轻均有程度不同的改善;隔药饼灸5壮组、7壮组对组织中细胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4含量均有明显提升作用。 |

Effects of Herbal Cake-Separated Moxibustion at Different Doses on Body Weight and Cytokines in Immunosuppressed Rabbits |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the effects of herbal cake-separated moxibustion at different doses on body weight and cytokines, interferon gamma (IFN-γ), interleukin-2 (IL-2), and interleukin-4 (IL-4), in immunosuppressed rabbits, and to explore the best effect of moxibustion. Methods Fifty white rabbits were equally and randomly divided into blank group, model group, 3 moxa cones group, 5 moxa cones group, and 7 moxa cones group. The immunosuppressed model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of phosphamide in all groups except the blank group. At day 2 after the successful establishment of model, the three treatment groups were treated with herbal cake-separated moxibustion with 3 moxa cones, 5 moxa cones, and 7 moxa cones, respectively. The herbal cake-separated moxibustion was applied every other day for 10 times. On the second day after the end of treatment, animals were weighed and anaesthetized, and then the spleen was harvested to make homogenate. The levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, and IL-4 in the supernatant were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with the model group, the three treatment groups had significantly increased body weight (P<0.01); compared with the 3 moxa cones group, the 5 moxa cones group and the 7 moxa cones group had significantly increased body weight (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the three treatment groups had a significantly increased IL-4 level (P<0.01, P<0.05); the 5 moxa cones group and the 7 moxa cones group had a significantly increased IFN-γ level (P<0.01); the 3 moxa cones group had a nonsignificantly increased IFN-γ level (P>0.05). Compared with the 3 moxa cones group, the 5 moxa cones group and the 7 moxa cones group had significantly increased levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ (P<0.05). Conclusion Herbal cake-separated moxibustion at different doses can improve body weight loss in the immunosuppressed animal model induced by cyclophosphamide, and the treatment with 5 moxa cones and 7 moxa cones can significantly increase the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4. |
