| 摘要: |
| 西汉时期的马王堆医书将中医养生的核心归结为聚精、养气和存神三方面。古汉养生精以马王堆的精、气、神养生文化作为组方内核进行药物配伍以综合调养人体。本文拟从马王堆养生文化源流出发，从精、气、神三者角度分析古汉养生精的养生文化思想，以探析古汉养生精的系统养生文化理念。 |

| Mawangdui medical book which was written in western Han dynasty, attributed the core of TCM health preservation to three aspects:gathering essence, nourishing Qi and preserving spirit. The Ancient Han Health Essence takes Mawangdui's health culture of Essence, Qi and Spirit as the core of the composition, and comprehensively nursed the human body. This paper is intended to start from the origin of the culture of Mawangdui, and analyze the health preserving culture of Ancient Han Health Essence from Essence, Qi and Spirit three aspects. In order to explore the systematic health preserving culture concept of Ancient Han Health Essence. |
