摘要: |
据实思辨是中医最基本的认识思维模式,膜原、三焦、腠理、玄府是基于直接观察到的组织形态、生理病理现象,取类比象,据实思辨推演出的概念。膜原是覆盖器官组织的有遮挡阻隔作用的组织结构,细小络脉是膜的组成部分,三焦是由膜绉卷聚合而成的包裹诸藏腑的相互连通的运行气血津液的空腔性组织器官,腠理是居于三焦和膜原中的有缝隙纹理的汇聚流通气血津液的空隙组织结构,玄府是幽潜腠理中有开合作用的组织结构。三焦与膜原、腠理、玄府构成一个周密的膜府组织系统。 |

Abstract: |
Fact-based speculation is one of the most basic thinking modes of traditional Chinese medicine. Sanjiao (triple energizers), Moyuan (pleurodiaphragmatic spaces), Couli (striae of skin and muscles), and Xuanfu (sweat pores) are the concepts deduced by analogy and fact-based speculation, which are based on the histological morphology and physiological and pathological phenomena observed directly. Moyuan is the tissue structure that covers organs and tissues and exerts functions of shielding and partitioning. Minor collateral vessels are the constituent part of the membranes. Sanjiao is the mutually connected hollow tissues and viscera which are formed by rolling and gathering of the membranes; they cover various viscera and bowels and play a role of transferring Qi, blood, and body fluids. Couli is the hollow tissue structure with crevices and lines, which is located within Sanjiao and Moyuan and play a role of gathering and circulating Qi, blood, and body fluids. Xuanfu is the tissue structure with a function of opening and closing, which is reclusively located within Couli. Sanjiao, Moyuan, Couli, and Xuanfu together form a closely related membrane and viscera system. |
