| 随着信息时代快速发展，国内外学者对论文学术不端问题越来越重视。科技期刊是科研成果发表、传播的重要平台，筛查和把关论文学术不端行为应是期刊编辑义不容辞的责任。本文结合数字出版时代学术不端行为的演化，从学术不端行为的主要表现、科技期刊编辑如何正确处理和防范学术不端行为几个方面进行了探讨，以期对论文质量和期刊声誉起到把关作用，对建设优质学术环境有借鉴意义。 |

| With the rapid development of the information era, the problem of academic misconduct has been taken more and more seriously by scholars in China and foreign countries. Sci-tech periodicals are an important platform for the publishing and communication of research findings, and the editors of such periodicals should be responsible for the screening for academic misconduct. Based on the evolution of academic misconduct in the era of digital publishing, this article discusses academic misconduct from the aspects of major manifestations and correct handling and prevention of academic misconduct, in order to guarantee the quality of articles and protect the reputation of periodicals and to provide a reference for establishing a high-quality academic environment. |
