| 摘要: |
| 北宋钱乙所著的《小儿药证直诀》中对有毒中药的应用具有较高的学术价值和临床实用价值。书中载方121首，应用药物171味，其中24味为有毒中药并涉及方剂45首，钱乙不仅将有毒中药的运用结合药物功效、偏性、脏腑辨证，更将药物的炮制及其用法用量根据小儿病情具体情况量大小而与之。毒药治病关键在于辨证准确，用药还须果敢谨慎，中病即止。特别是针对小儿，更要严格炮制，注重用法用量，强调顾护脾胃，以达祛病而不伤正的目的。 |

| Abstract: |
| The application of toxic TCM in Xiao'er Yaozheng Zhijue by QIAN Yi in the Northern Song Dynasty has high academic value and clinical practical value. The book contained 121 prescriptions and 171 drugs, of which 24 were toxic Chinese herbs and involved 45 prescriptions. Not only toxic TCM were used in combination with drug efficacy, bias, and syndrome differentiation, but also the preparation and use of drugs. Dosage according to the specific conditions of the pediatric condition. The key to the treatment of poisons lies in the accuracy of differentiation, and the medication must be dared to be cautious and Middle disease is a stop. Especially for children, we must strictly process, pay attention to usage and dosage, emphasizing protection of the spleen and stomach, in order to eliminate pathogenic factor without damage of vital Qi. |
