| 针刺综合疗法联合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍的疗效研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察针刺综合疗法联合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年5月至2017年10月在湘雅博爱康复医院儿童康复中心治疗的78例小儿脑性瘫痪患儿，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组39例。对照组采取功能训练方法，观察组在对照组的基础上进行针刺综合疗法（头针+体针治疗），两组患儿均治疗3个月后进行疗效评价（功能总疗效、儿童独立运动功能及粗大运动功能评定）。结果 治疗3个月后观察组总有效率为84.6%，显著高于对照组的64.1%（P<0.01）；两组患儿治疗后儿童功能独立性评定量表（WeeFIM）评分和粗大运动功能测试量表（GMFM）评分均较治疗前有所升高（P<0.01），且治疗后观察组患儿的WeeFIM评分和GMFM评分均高于对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论 针刺综合疗法联合功能训练治疗小儿脑瘫能明显改善运动功能，临床疗效显著。 |

| Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Motor Function Training in the Treatment of Motor Dysfunction of Cerebral Palsy in Children |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with motor function training in the treatment of motor dysfunction of cerebral palsy in children. Methods The 78 children with cerebral palsy treated in our rehabilitation center from May 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was taken with the function training method, the observation group was treated with the therapy of acupuncture (head acupuncture + body acupuncture) on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of two groups after 3 months of treatment (the total effect, children's independence movement function and gross motor function evaluation function,). Results After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 84.6%, which was significantly higher than 64.1% in the control group (P<0.01); the functional independence measure (WeeFIM) score and gross motor function measure (GMFM) scores in the two groups after treatment significantly increased (P<0.01). After treatment, the WeeFIM score and GMFM score in the observation group were higher than the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture combined with motor function training can obviously improve the function of the children with cerebral palsy, and the clinical effect is remarkable. |
