中医方药调控肾纤维化相关信号通路的研究进展 |

摘要: |
肾纤维化相关研究的信号转导通路包括TGF-β1/Smad通路、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路、mTOR信号通路、Sonic Hedgehog通路、ERK1/2通路、P38 MAPK信号通路和HGF/c-met信号通路等。大量实验研究表明,中医方药可通过多环节、多途径、多靶点调节相关信号通路的表达,干预肾纤维化进程。基于此,本文就中医药干预肾纤维化相关信号通路研究进展进行综述,以期为中医药防治肾纤维化疾病提供循证依据。 |

Research Progress of Related Signaling Pathways of Renal Fibrosis Syndromes Regulated by Traditional Chinese Medicine |

Abstract: |
Renal fibrosis related signal transduction pathways include TGF-β 1/Smad pathway, Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, mTOR signaling pathways, Sonic Hedgehog pathway, ERK 1/2 pathway, P38 lightning MAPK signaling pathway and HGF/c-met signaling pathway, etc. A large number of studies showed that prescriptions of traditinal Chinese medicine could intervene the process of renal fibrosis by regulating the expression of signaling pathways through multi-link, multi-way, multi-targets. The research progress of TCM intervention in renal fibrosis related signaling pathways were reviewed to provide some scientific evidences for the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis disease with traditional Chinese medicine. |
