湘西龙山百合对小鼠B-16黑色素瘤细胞黑色素含量、酪氨酸酶活性的影响 |

摘要: |
目的 观察不同浓度湘西龙山百合提取液对小鼠B-16细胞细胞活力、黑色素含量、酪氨酸酶活性的影响。方法 选用同一传代小鼠B-16黑色素瘤细胞并分组,分别加入不同浓度百合提取液、维生素C二种溶液作用3 d后,用MTT法测定B-16细胞活力;用Maeda等的方法测定B-16细胞酪氨酸酶活性;用Victoria等的方法测定B-16细胞黑色素含量。结果 湘西龙山百合提取液对小鼠B-16细胞的酪氨酸酶活性、黑色素合成的抑制作用明显强于维生素C,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且其抑制作用随浓度的增加而增加;同时湘西龙山百合提取液其细胞毒性作用同样强于维生素C,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 百合提取液对B-16细胞的生长、酪氨酸酶活性和黑色素合成的抑制作用强于维生素C,其抑制作用与浓度呈正相关。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To observe the effects of different concentrations of Xiangxi Longshan lily extract on cell viability, melanin content and tyrosinase activity in mouse B-16 cells. Methods The same passage B-16 mouse melanoma cells were selected and divided into different groups, then different concentrations of lilium extract and vitamin C were added after 3 days. The B-16 cell viability was measured by MTT, B-16 tyrosinase activity in cells was measured by using Maeda's method, and the content of B-16 melanoma cells was conducted by Victoria's method. Results The effect of Xiangxi Longshan Lilium extract in inhibiting tyrosinase activity and synthesis of melanin was better than Vitamin C, the difference was statistically significant between groups (P<0.05), and the inhibition increased with the concentration. Similarly, the cell toxicity from the Xiangxi Longshan Lilium extract was stronger than Vitamin C, a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The inhibition effect of lily extract on cell viability, tyrosinase activity and concentration of melanin in cells is stronger than vitamin C, and the inhibition effect is positively correlated with the concentration. |
