咳喘穴位敷贴对哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2免疫平衡的影响 |

摘要: |
目的 探讨咳喘穴位敷贴对哮喘大鼠辅助性T淋巴细胞1(Th1)/辅助性T淋巴细胞2(Th2)免疫平衡的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为6组:正常对照组、哮喘模型组、生芥子组、生炒各半组、炒芥子组、地塞米松组,每组10只。采用卵清蛋白致敏并激发的方法制备大鼠慢性哮喘模型,白芥子不同配比咳喘穴位敷贴散贴敷穴位干预治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法(ELISA)测定各组大鼠血清中干扰素(IFN)-γ、白介素(IL)-4、白介素(IL)-13的含量。结果 与正常对照组比较,哮喘模型组大鼠血清IFN-γ含量明显降低,而IL-4、IL-13的含量明显升高(P<0.01)。与哮喘模型组比较,生芥子组、生炒各半组、炒芥子组和地塞米松组的大鼠血清IFN-γ含量明显升高,而IL-4、IL-13的含量明显降低(P<0.01),各治疗组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 咳喘穴位敷贴能够调节哮喘大鼠Th1/Th2免疫平衡,改善炎症反应,从而改善哮喘病情。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To discuss the effects of kechuan acupoint application on Th1/Th2 cells immune balance of asthma rats. Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into control normal group, asthma model group, raw mustard group, half raw and half roasted mustard group, roasted mustard group, dexamethasone group, and with 10 rats in each group. The chronic asthma rat models were established by using ovalbumin to sensitize and stimulate, different proportion of white mustard acupoint application powder was as the intervention treatment. The levels of IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-13 in serum of rats were detected by using ELISA. Results Compard with control group, the level of IFN-γ in serum of rats in model group was decreased significantiy, while the level of IL-4, IL-13 in serum of rats in model group was increased significantiy (P<0.01). Compard with asthma model group, the IFN-γ levels in raw mustard group, half raw and half roasted mustard group, roasted mustard group, dexamethasone group were increased obviously, while the IL-4, IL-13 levels of rats in these groups were decreased (P<0.01). The results had no significant difference between the treatment group (P>0.05). Conclusion Kechuan acupoint application may adjust Th1/Th2 cells immune balance of asthma rats, to imporve the inflammatory response, and improve asthma condition. |
