| 摘要: |
| 中医认为健脾养胃是中医治疗胃癌的治疗大法，该文通过查阅文献，总结分析大量临床观察实验，认为健脾养胃法可以扩大手术适应证，提高手术成功率，利于术后恢复，预防复发转移；减轻放、化疗不良反应，提高放、化疗疗效；改善晚期患者生活质量，延长生命等，当贯穿胃癌治疗始终。 |

| Discussion on the Method of Strenthening Spleen and Nourishing the Stomach of TCM in Treatment of Gastric Cancer |

| Abstract: |
| Strenthening spleen and nourishing the stomach is the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of gastric cancer. In this paper, through literature, summarize and analyse a large number of clinical observation experiment. It thinks that strenthening spleen and nourishing the stomach can expand the operation indication, improve the success rate of surgery, is good for postoperative recovery, prevention of recurrence and metastasis; ease and adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve chemotherapy curative effec; improve the quality of life and prolong life. Therefore, strenthening spleen and nourishing the stomach should always be through the treatment of gastric cancer. |
