| 摘要: |
| 《内经》刺经疗法强调经脉在治疗中的重要作用，主张某病刺某经，而不局限于某一穴或数穴，或不突出某一穴位。本文初步探讨了《内经》刺经疗法的理论依据、应用概况、对后世医家的影响以及现代针灸临床如何运用等方面，并结合文献和临证心得，提出治病可取本经的五输穴、原穴，可循经按节段取穴、循经排刺、循经取阳性反应点，为临床应用提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| The therapy of meridian needling in Neijing emphasized the important impacts of channels on the treatment. It approved that one disease for one channel, would not be limited by one acupoint or acupoints or did not highlight one acupoint. This paper from Neijing sting therapy of theoretical basis, application situation and its influence on modern physicians and how to use modern acupuncture clinical Neijing after therapy, etc, preliminarily discusses the acupuncture therapy of Neijing. According to the literatures and clinical experiences, the therapy of selecting wushu points and yuan-source points for diseases, meridians by taking segment points, row acupuncture, and positive reaction points are presented, which can be as a reference for clinical application. |
