| 摘要: |
| 本文认为“顽痹”的治则要点为：扶正祛邪，分清主次先后，常需二者兼顾；明辨标本，审察虚实缓急，多宜标本同治；异法方宜，当因时因地因人，区别对待；宣散温通，据不通之所在而通之，注重温阳通络；综合治疗，多因素、多层次、多属性调治。 |

| Essence of “Obstinate Arlhralgia” in the Therapeutic Principle of Chinese Medicine |

| Abstract: |
| This paper thinks that the therapeutic principles of“obstinate arlhralgia” are: strengthening healthy energy and eliminating evil, differentiate what if primary from what is secondary, we also should give consideration to both. Distinguish clearly manifestation and root cause of disease, differentiate deficiency and excess, and degree of urgency, treatment both manifestation and root cause mostly. The therapeutic methods selected by different situations, the methods should be made a difference according to given time and given location and people. Dispelling and warming collaterals, find the blocked collaterals position to warm it, focus on warming Yang and dredging collaterals. All in all, we should choose the comprehensive treatment methods with the recuperative medical care of multi-factor, multi-level and multi-attribute. |
