| 摘要: |
| 目的观察中医分期辨治对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)和嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的影响,并探讨IgE和ECP检测的临床意义。方法将符合本研究标准的CVA患儿60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组(中药组)发作期给予温肺化痰饮,缓解期给予补肺健脾饮;对照组(西药组)服用孟鲁司特钠,发作期加服氨茶碱治疗。疗程3个月。观察治疗前后IgE和ECP的变化。结果治疗组血清IgE较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组血清ECP水平较治疗前均有明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医分期治疗CVA患儿有较好的疗效,其作用机制可能与降低血清IgE与ECP有关。 |

| Abstract: |
| 〔Abstract〕Objective To observe the effects of staged TCM differentiation and treatment on
the serum IgE and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) of cough variant asthma(CVA) children, and to
explore clinical significances of detecting IgE and ECP. Methods 60 CVA children were randomly
divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Treatment group
was given warming lung and resolving phlegm decoction at attack stage and was given tonifying the
lung and strengthening the spleen decoction at remission stage. Control group was treated with
Montelukast Sodium normally, accompanying with aminophylline at attack stage. Changes of serum
IgE and ECP were observed before and after treatment. Results In treatment group, serum IgE level
reduced significantly after treatment with statistical significant difference (P<0.01)， and the result
was better than that of control group(P<0.01). After treatment, in 2 groups the levels of serum ECP
reduced, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Staged Chinese
Medicine treatment for children CVA has better curative effects, and its mechanism may be relevant
to reducing IgE and ECP levels. |
